@Benleo They're being executed though, which is something. Compare that to UK Labour MPs who say the victims of the Pakistani Moslem rape gangs "should shut up for the sake of diversity"

🇬🇧 Speaking on the murder of Henry Nowak, Labour MP Tanmanjeet Singh Dhesi attacks Restore, Reform, and the "far right" for politicising Nowak's death, and demands protections for the Sikh community. Follow: @europa

@Alexarmstrong Fair point, but watch the Sikhs switch off GB News because you've put them in the same category as Moslems (their enemy)

This photo is shocking. The Kirpan must be banned. Nobody is demonising the Sikh community, and if they are, I strongly condemn it. That doesn’t mean we should run away from a debate. That mindset has led to serious issues in this country. We are either all equals under the law or we are not. It is totally acceptable to be intolerant of people carrying knives, religious customs or not. It is not British and nor must it remain normalised. Sikhs should rise to this occasion and find solutions, rather than attack people who are just asking for fairness and a reasonable debate over something most people will not wish to accept.

🚨 Astonishingly, Henry Nowak’s murderer would walk around the office of the accountancy firm he worked at openly wearing a large dagger. Imagine you walked into an office and a white accountant was walking around with a large deadly weapon. You would call the police immediately. Instead, his employers declared him their “brightest young talent”. This is the two tier society Britain has become, where everyone is so afraid of being labelled ‘racist’ this sort of madness occurs. Reform will end it. One law for all.

Milburn report today BLAMES British kids for not being able to get work and claims there’s no parallel between millions of low skilled migrants coming here and the lack of jobs. Same old Labour gaslighting. For every one British young person hired, 27 non-eu migrants are hired. Ask why are there are so many first gen migrants working in supermarkets? Are they highly skilled? Let’s stop with the BS, we can all see straight through it. Low skilled mass migration only serves the lefts desire to force multiculturalism and massive globalist goals to have a cheaper workforce. Everyone else suffers.

@GBNEWS There are lots of jobs, but young people feel they're above doing jobs like food delivery, so the jobs go to foreigners. They're also shy of doing manual jobs and expect to go to university and the walk into a graduate job

‘I’ve been around politics and public policy for a very long time, but I have never known an issue as visceral with the public.’ Alan Milburn discusses his report that has found one in six 16-24 year olds are expected to be out of work and education by the end of the decade.

@SandyofSuffolk @BenedictSpence Many University leavers complain about the lack of 'graduate jobs'. They expect to walk into a job like that rather than working their way up with smaller, lower paid jobs

@BenedictSpence Only 6 per cent of my generation went to university. We didn't feel the need to study for a silly degree in a Mickey mouse subject to get us out of actually working. We were grafters.

Christ is King. Islam is a false religion. According to his own testimony, Mohammed was influenced by a demon, he raped a child and murdered people who would not “revert” to his ideology. Judaism is a false religion. The old sacrifices were fulfilled in Jesus who is the Christ.

I would rather lose every game with an English team then win with a foreign one. You people don't get it. International football is not club football. It's about giving the best English talent a shot at the cup. Not rounding up people from all over the world and pretending they're English because they were given citizenship. It makes a mockery of the whole thing.

Net migration down to 171,000 but… 600k+ non EU nationals still arrived And 250k Brits said they’d had enough and left the UK (I assume these are high skilled as they have the means to leave) Total net migration down 82% but it depends on who these arrivals are, will they be working, or just laying around waiting for their families to arrive in years to come? A win for the government or not… you decide
Shabana Mahmood MP@ShabanaMahmood

Net migration down 82%. Net migration is now at 171,000, down from a high of 944,000 under the Conservatives. This Government is restoring order and control to our borders.

What this comes down to is Virgin Media not wanting consumers to be able to skip adverts anymore using pause and rewind live TV. I assume they get more from advertising money when people are forced to watch adverts on their streaming boxes. Fine, I understand that. But lying and misselling and treating customers like this in order to achieve that is unacceptable.

Update to this… they really are the worst company in Britain right now - and you won’t believe what @virginmedia have done. I called VM on April 30 asking them to come and fix a broken outside cable at my house. I was (wrongly) told that in order to fix the cable I had to agree a new two year contract which included a main 360 TV box and three streaming boxes. Nothing was ever arranged about fixing my problem, the broken cable. The Indian call centre guy just wanted a sale. After many calls and a missed appointments where I waited in pointlessly after no one ever turned up, an engineer came to fix the cable and install my new boxes. The TV never worked. More calls, two more engineer visits, and it still wouldn’t work. I then posted the original below on X. I then a call from the Virgin Media CEO @LutzSchueler’s assistant to say they MISSOLD me the new contract I never wanted because VM no longer offers 360 TV boxes which allow you to pause, record and rewind live TV. I said ok fine, just put me back on my old contract which had a 360 box - the contract I never would have left until you missold me a new one under the pretence I needed it to fix my broken cable. The CEO’s assistant said no, I can’t go back onto my old contract. And she said I can’t have a 360 box on my new contract. So I’m now stuck with a service I don’t want and was lied to about - with no option to return to my previous contract that I was perfectly happy with since April 2025. They’ve not only missold me a contract, spent hours and hours of my time trying to sort it and caused a hell of a lot of stress - but they’ve now also breached my old contract. She offered me £200 compensation and an apology and said I must stick with the new contract or disconnect. A completely shambolic, insulting and quite frankly disgusting way to treat a customer who has been with them for years. I’ve heard from many of you about similar situations and will now be taking the case to the ombudsman. A clear breach of the Consumer Rights Act and the The Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008. If anyone has similar experiences with @virginmedia please write them below or DM me. I’ll be fighting for British consumers to make sure they can never treat people like this again.
Ben Leo@Benleo

Congrats to @virginmedia for being perhaps the WORST company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with in Britain. Three engineer visits, five plus calls to Indian call centres, and still you can’t activate the TV contract you upsold me when I simply called to get my connection back. Awful, awful business model.
