Tuchel just want to mirror how Madueke was used by Arteta this season as he is a squad player & not a starter. Tuchel likes runners as well & Madueke is good defensively over Cole Palmer or Gibbs-White. And you can't take the Premier League boost from him over Palmer & Gibbs-White that were fighting relegation.
