@StandardBankZA disappointed is being kind. What an absolute shambles your customer service is. I have spent close to R1000 trying to get access to my account when someone in your bank has changed my account for no reason at all.

@StandardBankZA I will need to call again another day to resolve the rest of the problems caused by your staff adjusting my account when not instructed to do so

@StandardBankZA after 4 hours on the phone Justice in the online banking department has sorted one of my several issues.
