@mrinaudo @Mobilinkd @aprsfi VARA is great and has lots of advantages over packet, especially on HF. I'm in the process of making a DigiPi station for 2m packet APRS, Winlink and more. Unfortunately, I feel like there isn't as much packet infrastructure where I am, but I hope to change that.

@Kennerknecht @Mobilinkd @aprsfi Hi Mike! For APRS I use my Yaesu FT-65R with the TNC4, works great for me! For RadioMail I’m still using Telnet, as the closest endpoint to me despite being only 4 miles away is not line-of-sight (tried my magloop too); maybe VARA HF is my next step. 73 de W2FM Matteo in NYC
