@Coach_Moore_BU How will you do OTAs and meetings all summer and work from home at the same time? I agree daily actions determine success or failure but will your team be 100% bought in from home? Very unlikely

@KennethFlinchum Also working from home has nothing to do with wins or losses. There are 1000 intentional actions every single day in a football program. Those 1000 actions daily determines whether you win or lose. Few understand this. That’s why yall keep saying we will lose, but we won’t.

No. We will have meetings and OTAs like every other team during the summer. But then we will leave. Our installs will already be in from the winter and the spring. Any work that needs to be done we will work from home once we leave. Then we have camp like every other team.

I think practice in the morning is best. Practice would be 8:30am. Meetings and film would be the afternoon after practice. I would bring the kids in on Sunday evening, off Monday, practice Tuesday-Friday. Tell him what I said about if we don’t win. I would put it in the contract

Ultimate work/life balance. If I’m ever a college head coach we gonna work 8am-5pm during the season, winter OTAs 6am-1pm or 12pm-5pm depending on if we go mornings or afternoons, May June July we’ll work from home, and any off-campus recruiting will be optional.
