@DrMamaEsq I should mention that I use a lot of queer theory, so this isn’t an attempt to bash it or anything. I have just conscious of some critiques of post-structural thinking that rejects locating power

@DrMamaEsq Yes of course. I was thinking in terms of some of the critiques of some queer theory and post-structuralism refusing the acknowledge structural issues, adopting a flat ontology that becomes ahistorical, asocial, apolitical etc.

NHS workers deserve a proper pay rise, not the pitiful 1% the Conservatives have proposed.

@DrJoGrady UWE took £750 rent out of my brother's bank account yesterday (6 days before his student loan comes in) to cover January in halls to which he now cannot return. It's disgraceful. I'm extremely angry for our students. They need our solidarity with a national rent strike.
