@PassportCan Thank you. I did call numerous times and requested a file transfer but nothing yet. How come a young teen who had a passport and was born in Canada has to wait more than 4 months for a renewed passport?????

This morning snow clearing crews are wrapping up main/secondary roads. Residential road clearing is ongoing. Sidewalk clearing is also underway.
