@rochowanski @TSelkl When voters failed to handled it properly? There was nothing to handle properly, it was a black permanent marker pen on a white paper. Try colouring in a circle with it on a A4 printing paper and then tell me if it does not leak on the other side very obviously. #TerrorInGeorgia

On Georgia, Romania etc, there's a lot of talk about how the vote count doesn't reflect the "will" of the electorate. It sounds conspicuously like voters' true will is not where they put their mark on the ballot, but where they would have put it, if they were not so deluded.
