Good morning CT, please, I need your help, I made a deposit to @RaenestApp Usd (Wells fargo ) last Friday, and on sunday, they changed the account. Now, I am supposed to receive the deposit on the 4th of June to the Wells fargo account. However, I have reached out to their customer support, and they have not been responsive. Help tag and share so I can get a quick response!!!

@RaenestApp @vstar29 , so I just want to understand the logic behind this. If someone previously had an USD account before they were phased out, why didn't you consider providing those old customers with the new account without having them reapply again?

@RaenestApp @vstar29 , I believe as a financial institution, there is nothing as important as good customer support and transparency. Sometimes you deal with the customer service and you wonder are these people really qualified for the job? Because thus is simply unbelievable

@RaenestApp I have used raenest for around a year now, transacted over 30,000 USD,But the issue I have had with you for the past few weeks seems like can never be resolved, learn to listen to your customers and you don't serve theirinterests. I guess this is where we part ways✌️

@RaenestApp , why do you guys think it is okay to suspend a persons account without giving them any reason whatsoever. I mean, how hard is it to just email a customer why you decided to do so? Especially when someone has been your customer for a long time
