one thing that helped my trading a lot: i stopped trying to watch everything. nowadays i usually keep around 4 tickers on watch max and end up only trading 1-2 tickers. every morning i: > scan the news > check the earnings calendar > analyze dealer positioning / gamma levels > identify which tickers are most likely to have volatility then i wait for price action + The Strat to align for confirmation. that alone cleaned up my execution heavily.
