After 45 years, voters in Highlands & Atlantic Highlands approved creating a new all-purpose, PK-12 regional. Thank you for supporting this important step! We can now build a new district to provide the best possible education for all of our students today & in the future.

Voters in Atlantic Highlands and Highlands today passed a referendum merging their three school districts into one -- Henry Hudson Regional -- in the first vote under S3488, the bipartisan law sponsored by then-Senate President Steve Sweeney to encourage K-12 regionalization.

Had a blast at the Henry Hudson Regional production of “9 to 5”! The kids were way better than I was as a high school thespian and the production was far more accomplished than anything we ever did in that school back in the 80’s. Inspiring to see the kids killing it on stage!

ANC honors Lt. Col. Lee “Buddy” Archer, a Tuskegee Airman who shot down three enemy fighters in a span of 10 minutes on October 12, 1944. His actions helped dispel racist stereotypes and saved the lives of his fellow pilots and the bomber crews they protected.

The Battle of Mogadishu, then a part of CENTCOM, began 29 years ago today. When these two men, Randy Shughart and Gary Gordon, learned ground forces weren't going to make it to the crash site, they volunteered to insert to try to save the pilot. Let's think of them today.
