@kellenlewis1 @DrNeilStone @AudreySuffolk 1500 pages? That’s~600,000 words. That’s about 30 times as long as mine and probably means it is almost certainly unfocused and very poorly supervised! It is unethical to test against placebo if you have a valid treatment already. First do no harm!

@KevP5774 @DrNeilStone @AudreySuffolk I assumed they would test against known safe placebo such as saline. My friend is wrapping up a 1,500 page PhD on the subject. Nobody has documented a double blind safe placebo control study on vaccine safety.

@DrNeilStone Remember, Wakefield made the claim because he was found to have patented his own single shot vaccines for Measles, mumps and rubella seperately. And he couldn't sell them as we have MMR, so what does he do? Makes up a condition, colitis induced autism, and blames it on MMR.

@kellenlewis1 @DrNeilStone @AudreySuffolk When a brand new vaccine to a new disease is made they do have all the tests you suggest. However if you are replacing an existing treatment the test is always against the existing treatment as the test is “is it better” not does it work. Still follow up adverse reactions!

@Brandon64249614 @DrNeilStone The misinformation will and has stopped people from getting vaccinated and those that already haven't suffered because of it are at greater risk to do so. Also, this affects herd immunity, so people who ACTUALLY can't get a vaccine for valid medical reasons are WAY more at risk.

@Brandon64249614 @DrNeilStone The evidence is absolutely clear that vaccines save lives and reduce harm caused by infections such that smallpox was eradicated and cases of diseases like tetanus are vanishing rare. The science is unequivocal on this point and vaccine misinformation kills!

@DrNeilStone I'm a reasonable person. If some people want them , let them get them if other people don't want them , don't make them that easy. If you want people to get them the make a case as to why they should.
