Was thinking about how the super duper wavedash worked and it was cuz when you grab you aren’t affected by doubled traction when you are faster than your walking speed. Jump squat does get slowed down by doubled traction here. Tldr less jump squat on your jc grabs = longer range

I remember when student asked me about a similar situation and I said never wave dash to ledge in this spot cause you could SD - just short hop back to ledge and take the 100% don’t risk it even if the odds are small. Can’t believe seeing this right here lamo
