We spent hundreds of hours building Claude Code skills for our $7M ARR GTM agency (and we're giving them away for free) - ICP research - signal scoring - cold email writing - sales intelligence - campaign intelligence. These run inside every system we build for 70+ B2B clients. Reply "Claude Code" and I'll send you the Github repo with everything.

🚨Career announcement🚨: I've worked really hard in this industry over the last eight years to help build friendships, community and traction within this space. I am extremely proud of everything that has been accomplished, but I have decided to leave my current position at RB. Since this is a rather abrupt answer, I don't have everything in place yet, but we are going to come back bigger, better, and stronger than ever. For the time being, I will be releasing my model for free on this website and creating a public Discord channel for everyone to join. If you have never had the chance to be a part of our great community, I hope you will join the fun. I couldn't do this without everyone on this website, and I appreciate all the support. I love you guys and will continue to update as my next moves become clearer.

Another passive day running a small HVAC company… My Operations Manager of 10 years realized he couldn’t adapt to the pace we’re moving and gave notice. I kept him on for a couple days to transition things, and walked him out today. That’s the reality of growth. Not everyone can go where you’re taking it. Only 2 of the 10 employees from the acquisition are left. At the same time… We hired 2 people today: #1 – A proven selling tech from one of the largest PE-backed HVAC platforms in the country. #2 – A 15-year home services sales pro (roofing + solar) who lives off door knocking, referrals, and relationships. I’ll teach him HVAC. He’ll bring a whole new playbook on generating his own leads. (And yeah… part of me is thinking… do we add roofing? I’ve done roofs in a past life.) Then I spent the evening in the office until 10:30 PM building out inventory + purchasing integrations with our top vendors in ServiceTitan… Automating what used to be half of an operations role. And the kicker — We’re already at 110% of last March’s total revenue… mid-month. With 9 working days still left. Start all over again in 6 hours.

I'm a few weeks into the role and already convinced: the @LPGA is one of the most under-leveraged storytelling opportunities in sports. World-class athletes. Global reach. A fanbase that's passionate and growing. The infrastructure is there — what we're building now is the content and engagement engine to match it. When I told my 7-year-old daughter I was leaving Dude Perfect, I lost major cool points for about 10 minutes. Then I told her I was joining the LPGA — and she lit up. That moment pretty much captures everything I’m striving to do in this role. Build a league that the next generation of fans, especially young girls, actually care about and feel connected to.

Pivot for 2026 - will be setting up my prospects and customers with more references. I’m lucky - I’ve worked to bring on 110 net new logos and work with 30 existing customers. We have raving fans here - and people that are more than willing to share their experience. Old me used to wait until prospects asked late in the cycle to speak with a customer. I’d shy away from it knowing the time and effort it took to coordinate as well as the chance it could slow down the deal. In 2026, I plan to use it as a more strategic play mid cycle to build stronger champions. I spent an hour and sifted through my most recent customers. Criteria: 1. Raving Fan 2. Can articulate the value of Gong + why us My list is 50+ deep. Across every persona. Allowing me to never have to ‘tap’ someone with a favor more than 2x in a year. Will look for strategic opportunities to run this play before it’s ‘needed.’ When someone is in a similar industry, facing a similar challenge, or would benefit hearing from a peer. Excited to report back on my win rate when I run this play. P.S. Super important to not ‘tap’ your raving fans too much and show extreme gratitude when they are willing. Always give them an out if they are short on bandwidth. And ALWAYS gift them afterwards as a thank you. P.S.S. We have a formal reference program too but that can be tough… you don’t always have full context and trust knowing that person, their style, their use case, etc.

.@williamhockey is one of the least visible founders in tech relative to what he has created. He co-founded Plaid and is now building Column, a software company that owns a bank, and powers Ramp, Wise, Bilt, Mercury, and others. He funded it himself by borrowing against nearly everything he had in Plaid shares, and has never raised any outside capital. His story matters because so much of the value in our industry gets created through exactly this kind of extreme personal risk. He is maniacal about being the best in the world at his thing, and has spent his entire career betting on himself and doing whatever it takes to win. He also spends a lot of time outside the US (in places like Kinshasa) which has given him a rare perch on the power of the US dollar. We discuss: - Why emerging markets are often the most financially innovative - What owning 100% of his company allows him to do that VC-backed founders cannot - Getting margin called and nearly going bankrupt - Why the best founders are specialists - What it takes to be the best in the world at your thing - How Silicon Valley's consensus culture produces consensus founders - How the US dollar functions as an instrument of national security Enjoy! When was the last time you sat down with no phone, no TV, no noise, and just let yourself think? Not to solve anything. Not to plan anything. Just to sit. Most of us haven’t done that in longer than we’d like to admit. This week I wrote about why that matters more than we realize. Try it today. Five minutes. Just you and the quiet. See what comes up.

Want to give a huge shoutout to @SMBMoneyMike, his FB ad strategy has been absolutely printing money for our cleaning business. I've consistently getting 10-15 new recurring bookings per month (MRR!) at an average CPL around $7-$12. (with a 10% close rate). If you want to run ads for your cleaning business (or suck at doing it yourself) I highly recommend Mike.

⛳️ The best thing I can say about LIV - and I mean this sincerely - is that their fans are really passionate and devoted and especially protective of the league. It's impressive. Any sports league would be thrilled. And so a big shout-out to the LIV fans, all 11 of you.

Monday Q Info
Monday Q Info@acaseofthegolf1·
Earlier today Richard T Lee lost to Bryson in a playoff (in brutal fashion, missing a 2.5 footer). However his story, and early success on LIV is great to see for a lifelong grinder. Lee turned pro 19 years ago at age 16. At 20 he made it to the Nationwide (KFT) Tour, but lost his card. After that he went to Asia and Korea. Won on Asian Tour in 2014, grinded like crazy, playing anywhere he could. Last year got thru LIV Q-school along with Anthony Kim. And LIV Q-school, to me, is the most life changing if you get thru. Lee is proving that. Coming into this year, in Lee’s 15 years on Asian Tour, which includes 3 wins, his career earnings were 2.6 million. In just 4 events on LIV, where he has played well, he has made over $3 million in earnings.

Good grades in school make sense for many of a certain personality type .. this post is fo the parents who are like that but have children who are more creative or entrepreneurial and have a different path in store for them … this is to let them know that my mother parenting me so well through my poor grades .. I couldn’t find the passion, I couldn’t conform to the system .. I needed my creativity, my human interactions that at the time were disruptive & most of all I need those hours in classrooms and after school to hone my entrepreneurial skills .. there are many ways to be successful.. but being you .. even when there is short term pain and misunderstanding is always the best path !

4. What's driving you to solve all this now rather than later? Ask this too early? The answers will be weak. But if you ask this AFTER those first three questions... It lands. Give those a try. Which stood out most?

If you were the buyer, would you want you, the seller, to send “value add” follow up emails? If yes, can you as the buyer define under what circumstances you’d want that? If not (you don’t want it), why not? why would it annoy you? your answers should guide how you follow up in your specific deal environment.
