It sure is. And it’s been addressed over and over again for nearly two years. This happened 14 years ago. I was NOT convicted. My (now) ex-husband, who was a cop, was desperately trying to take my children away so he could s*xually abuse my daughter. He weaponized the “justice system” against me. But I fought for my kids - and in the end, I WON. I won full custody. And then I sent HIM to prison for what he did. But you didn’t bother to research any of that, did you? You just thought you had a perfect “gotcha” moment. So thank you for sharing my story. It gives me another opportunity to stand up for abused women and make it clear why I fight so hard to protect children—from predators and from people like you who jump to conclusions and then embarrass themselves. I am a survivor. That’s what makes my pregnancy photo even more powerful. I know the truth—and it doesn’t care about your opinion.

So many people do not understand what this means. The court filing states the ATF was "unable to identify the bullet recovered at autopsy to the rifle allegedly tied to Mr. Robinson," which in forensic ballistics means inconclusive (insufficient marks to confirm or exclude a match), NOT definitive proof of non-match. This does not change anything.
