My view from the outside looking in: The Democrats need a hard reset. They needed one in 2016 and had the opportunity in 2020, but decided to go back to the establishment well and caught lightning in a bottle during a moment in time as opposed to strategizing for the cultural phenomenon that Trump has been for his party, which has had a profound, lasting impact. Every time I saw their campaign continuously try and leverage celebrity culture or celebrate the endorsements of Republicans, it was clear that they had lost the plot and attributed illusory value to things that did not appeal to the average American. The Dems have (once again) made their own bed and now they must sleep in it.

Well if I had wheels, I’d be a wagon… Dave did some good things but missed on his QB & HC hires… But in an alternate reality if you wanna give him 16 and Doug, he still missed on 7 of his 9 first rounders regularly. Those are the things that get GM’s fired.
