$SPY Today we got the rejection at the top of the range. I think we will get a bounce at the bottom of it between 739-735. If we gap down there tomorrow I’ll take a shot. Scalping shorts at the top of it and longs at the bottom is the best way to trade for now.

@ZaStocks Today's volatility was better than last week's for sure. If we do get a real breakdown, conditions will be A+. Doubtful though, still macro bull trend!

Market gains aren’t linear. Months 1–4 you might make 70%. Months 5–8 you might make only 5%. Months 9–12 you might make another 30%. Price action has been brutal lately but sometimes the win is simply staying afloat. If you can tread water until the trend returns you’ll be mentally and financially prepared to capitalize when the real opportunities come.

Netflix revenue does not need to grow 20% for EPS to grow much faster. That is what makes the next stage of the $NFLX story so interesting. Revenue can keep compounding through pricing, advertising, live programming, and continued engagement. But underneath that, Netflix also has several ways to grow earnings faster than sales: Operating margins can continue expanding as revenue grows faster than content and operating costs. Advertising can add higher-margin revenue on top of the existing subscription base. Price increases can flow through without requiring Netflix to acquire a brand-new customer. And continued buybacks mean total earnings are divided across fewer shares. Put it all together and Netflix could grow revenue at a healthy rate while EPS compounds much faster. That is a major reason I recently started a position.
