That's it! I'm calling it! "Super Bloom" downgraded to a "bloom." Made the drive to Death Valley yesterday, and the heat has stressed out the flowers. Still thousands (for now), but mostly in patches and not nearly as thick.

Looks like Las Vegas may be invading Pahrump.
