@LoganGrafTax Ironic how often @TRTaxAccounting contacts us to try to sell us something they believe will modernize our firm. Literally the least modern thing in our firm is anything we purchase from TR. The only thing worse than the product is the customer support that comes with it.

I use Thomson Reuters' UltraTax software to prepare tax returns. The UI design hasn't changed... ever. The software came out in 1996. UltraTax is one of the most expensive tax prep software programs, but its customer base mainly consists of small—to medium-sized firms. I think it would be cool if Thomson Reuters licensed its tax prep infrastructure, allowing other companies to bolt on better UI.
