Had such an amazing time today at Mt. Sinai Middle School! The energy was literally electric! Such great students!

Super pumped to work with the WFMS students tomorrow! I remember my time as a permanent sub (over a decade ago...wow) very fondly! It was a turning point in my life that was very crucial and some big decisions had to be made. Excited to share my process!

Yesterday was wild! 1.5 hours between gigs 40 min away...cutting it close but it worked out beautifully! Had an awesome time speaking to the teachers and staff at Park Ridge!

Tis the season! Busy Wednesday starting with the students at Kinnelon High School. We're gunna start the year off with a bang. Super pumped! 😎

I'm reflecting on my summer and some of the great things I got to do with my family, the work I was able to accomplish and everything in between. One of the highlights was presenting at @CGTI. These students are just amazing and I loved every second of it!

I'm not saying you have to be perfect. I'm far from it! But ultimately, what we choose to do with our time on a consistent basis is what determines the quality of our life. Read the extra chapter, lift the last rep, say I love you...whatever you do is what you become.

Definitely something I never thought I'd be doing! This December, I'll be presenting my first TEDx talk in Deal, NJ. Super excited and can't wait to share more!
