You want this figure below 20%, it represents how much of income goes toward making debt payments. If your Term Demands Ratio is at 22%, Operating Expense Ratio is at 83%, you are using 105% of income to pay for expenses.

@kevinki16180099 @DeanPat57613010 Bought a Kinze planter this fall for soybeans if that tells you anything lol. I think on heavy clays the drill definetly has its place. Also if growing wheat it let's you own one piece of equipment rather than two. Will likely run both units next year once corn is planted.

Wrapped up #harvest26 yesterday. Was a bittersweet feeling set new records in corn and soybeans. But in the middle of harvest we laid to rest my uncle and farming business partner. Ready to reflect recharge and process all the feelings that were put on hold to finish harvest.

@kevinki16180099 Yup. We had cut out satellite and just had Netflix. But they made it a good deal to bundle in TV and it's nice for watching sports.

Fortunate to have excellent corn weather so far, agronomy question , most stalks have a secondary small ear,does that hurt or help the main ear? 30k pop.

@kevinki16180099 Portugal was awesome when we went a few years ago. Really enjoyed all the history in the Sintra area. Porto was a cool city as well. Was also a very cheap place to travel compared to the rest of Europe.

Europe in the winter? Any recommendations on country(s) that would be good to visit in winter? Moderate weather, easy public transit or tours. Thanks, we are thinking about doing something different.Like historical sites.
