@itsjwills @FBuhlersDayOff No the first years of a contract are under a million. He wasn’t coming up until midway through the season. Arbitration years usually escalate slowly. This was a 4 year $$45 million contract to possibly buy out two more years of arbitration.

If you’re not a baseball fan you will not know how much we needed the ABS. It used to be so frustrating to watch umpires completely screw the game up. Strategy for this is pretty fun. You get 2 chances to be wrong on ABS in a game. Choose wisely. I also could see where we don’t replace the home plate umpire but make them a common enemy in the stadium. Telling the man he’s wrong is a character in the show we all want to root against. Listen to the crowd in this clip. How fun is that.

In S1E1, Jaime Lannister pushes Bran Stark out of a window. This is subtle foreshadowing for S8E5, where eight seasons of Jaime's character development are similarly thrown out the window.
