@KeyBank_Help I did exactly as you asked in March 5th and still nothing, no one has contacted my wife. We are no closer to obtaining POA access to the account. This is for getting 60 months worth of bank statements to apply for Medicaid. This is a time sensitive matter.

My wife is trying to be the POA signer of her aging parent's account @keybank. Went to the branch with her Dad, with a notarized POA. 2 weeks later, nothing has been done, and now the same Key Bank employee wants to make her a co-owner instead. This is a redflag or incompetence.
