🛠️38% of tumors were DNA mismatch repair deficient (dMMR), remaining tumors were likely *incidental* to Lynch germline pathogenic variant ⚠️dMMR tumors were higher risk (71% NCCN UIR/High-Risk vs 0% FIR/Low-Risk) 🧬No dMMR tumors in MLH1 or PMS2 PV carriers

We certainly did not have detailed FH data on everyone (and not systematically obtained by a genetic counselor) but for those with FH data available considering these additional cancer types as part of FH significantly impacted biopsy progression rates.
