@p234826 @levfercomedy No. SNL hiring and firing him made him blow up. SNL was particularly shitty at that time so I think a lot of people were more interested in checking out the dude that got fired than the actual show. Don’t put Rogan and Gillis in the same sentence when it comes to funny lol

@levfercomedy Gillis is Joe Rogan funny. If it was't for the the reactionary DEI White Comedic Renaissance you would have never heard of dude. He's one shirt away from Bert Kreisher. Jimmy Fallon minus a chromosome. Clown shit indeed

Men being performative when it comes to love evokes a kind of visceral disgust in women who possess real discernment. This is what we call performativeness, and in a broader sense, everything we do contains an element of performance. But from the standpoint of mate selection, there is a critical distinction. If a man is enacting gestures of love for his partner while simultaneously directing them toward an audience, it begins to fracture the authenticity of the act. The gesture is no longer purely for her; it is being mediated through the gaze of others. And at that point, what is being built is not an intimate bond, but a display. A relationship that is constantly being externalised in this way starts to feel as though it exists for spectators rather than for the two people within it. Claiming a person as your own, in the quiet, serious sense, is entirely different from exhibiting acts of love for the sake of validation. One is rooted in depth and possession of meaning; the other risks becoming an aesthetic performance of something that is no longer fully lived.

@bluecollar3586 @atrupar Are you talking to someone else? nothing that you just said had anything to do with anything I’ve said. U seem to be having trouble coping with the fact Rapey Don, Homobama, and Pedo Joe are all actually good friends and find it funny people like u defend any of them. Good boy

@KeysBusy @atrupar Why didn’t Obama or Biden release the files? They had them during their terms. Why is it a big issue now because Trump is in office? Why was it ok when Biden is a known pedo?

@atrupar It’s so terrible that the FBI Director celebrated with Team USA…🙄 (Don’t worry, if Biden was still in office and someone from the Administration did the same thing, they would be praised). Prove me wrong

@LawrenceElliots You have this backwards. Predators sleep a lot without much concern. Prey animals are the ones with fractured, dodgy sleep. You're taking some leaps here that sound grifterish.

Men with predatory spirit intact do not sleep longer than 7 hours. human sleep evolved to be light, fragmented, and variable because deep, rigid, uninterruptible sleep was a predation risk The organism that required eight controlled hours did not survive the ancestral environment but the organism that could operate on variable, interrupted sleep did. The eight-hour recommendation derives from epidemiological data on modern populations saturated with artificial light, chronic sedentary behaviour, and metabolic dysfunction. It describes what is statistically average for a sick civilisation.
💯 Matt 💯@troopah_matt

I routinely live on 5.5-6 hours of sleep. Feel perfectly fine. Make progress in the gym. Focused at work. Once a week I might get 8 hours and feel completely cooked. Make it make sense 8 hours per night is a psy op

Things more dangerous than $7 coffees: - $40,000 wedding ($5,000/hr party) - $80,000 degree that gets you a $50,000/yr job - $40,000 car loan because you "earned it" - $2,000/mo apartments to flex for friends ...Thats why 80% of people are broke.

@HSTemile @internet_hottie Ur brain is poisoned by modernity. Europeans and Middle easterners lived in the shadows of their predecessors architecture and couldn’t even dream how they possibly built it for centuries. We just figured out Roman concrete like 3 years ago lol sorry they didn’t have microwaves

people like this dont realize that archaeologists find a ton of artifacts and sites that predate agriculture and state-level societies. we have a pretty good idea about what was going on for the last 2 million years! its just that everything is indicative of hunting and gathering
Bark@barkmeta

The planet is 4.5 billion years old. Civilization is supposedly 6,000 years old. Nothing happened for 4.5 billion years? Not once? There are pyramids on every continent. Cities underwater. Structures modern engineers can’t replicate… The Earth resets itself with ice ages. Everything gets buried. We start over thinking we’re the first civilization. What if we’re not?

@internet_hottie @HSTemile I’m pretty sure they concluded GT was built by quasi hunter/gatherers because they said “well there isn’t a civilization 13k years old” it’s also only like 10% excavated so I’m sure it’ll reveal more as time goes on. I think we overestimate ourselves and Natures ability to erase

@HSTemile @KeysBusy thats essentially what gobekli tepe is. its a ritual site where they would build things and have a permanent priest class live there but they didnt have writing. still obviously very advanced! Just incomprehensible to us on a deeper level. very similar to hunters and gatherers!

@internet_hottie @HSTemile I think about Hawaii a lot. It was populated by dudes in canoes who grabbed some pigs and shot the Pacific Ocean. The likely hood that there were global civilizations we don’t know about isn’t so far fetched lol Academia needs to remain dogmatic to retain “credibility”

@HSTemile @internet_hottie Essentially yes. That the story of human civilization is older than our current understanding. Which, to me, seems rather innocuous. Don’t know why people are so dogmatic about it
