If anything going to Japan makes you realize just how much of a difference our tax money would make if it didn’t go directly into the pockets of our crooked politicians and government. France is a joke.

@E_Schhneider Fingers crossed, I did something similar about 10y ago. Take lots of photos / save all previous conversations should you need to reference. If you do get your rent back consider using it as a deposit for a place of your own... Really don't want to be renting 4eva (IMO) 😊

Yeah, well that’s why I rent and I don’t own, because I don’t want to have to deal with that but at some point having a waterproof roof is legally required and it’s not, hasn’t been for 2 years I waited and waited, all to get kicked out while she was pretty happy taking my rents in every month so now I’m going to sue and ask for those rents back.

@E_Schhneider That's sucks, sorry to hear that! 😔 Renting is crap, owning brings it's own issues (like you have to fix all the things when they break) but at least it's yours to do with as you please 🙂

@KeysatsHaderach Yeah been having problems with the roof in my apartment, except my landlord, or lady I guess, doesn’t care to fix it, so instead she’s gonna sell the apartment, and since my patience has been abused I’ll try to get reparations.
