Couldn't get my head around how many were open to selling Luis Diaz to Saudi this Summer. I love the lad, he is a street footballer, so unpredictable it's hard for opposition teams to plan for him. If I'm been unbiased the greatest achievement by an English club in European Cup history is Notts Forest in 78/79. They gained promotion to the First Division (Premier League) in 76/77 finishing 3rd in the old second division. In 77/78 they won the First Division at their first attempt and qualified for the European Cup, at that stage only the League winners got into the European Cup. And then in 78/79 they won the European Cup. In 3 seasons they went from 3rd in Second Division to the European Cup winners on a shoestring budget. That is an insane achievement. So stop pretending the European Cup/Champions League only began in the 90s ignoring a real fairy tale stories like the Notts Forest one. City are on par with Forest in terms of club size but Forest achievement stands absolutely head and shoulders above City achievement.👍

The least surprising part about that game was us drawing 0-0. The most unsurprising was Klopp bringing on a 37 year old midfielder to replace one of our most attack minded players.
