China has a big problem: you need a Chinese phone number to access to WIFI (because China mandates digital ID to access to Internet)
But foreigners don't have Chinese phone number, therefore they can't get access to Internet, and buy train or subway tickets with China's digital wallet Alipay or WeChat.
