@TerrierMcD @TigersTimBell Hi Tim I did search the burial register at stockport crematorium for willow grove to be able to find the plot I will see if I have it still. If not I should be able to call in this week and see if I can access the book again for the plot number

Friend has just found this in cheadle stockport while doing groundworks. Only partial but anybody got any ideas? A stone plaque or part of an old headstone?

Danzig alley British cemetery last week. So many men of the Manchester pals as well as other regiments and so many stories. A fair few railwaymen from @londonroadmem. Took the time to sit and think at the rear of the cemetery with Helen.@TerrierMcD had 🐜 in his pants as usual 🤣
