Would @CadentGasLtd please check the temp traffic signals on Castelnau SW13-for past 24 hours its out of sync and causing jams. Guessing lights either coming out of Tesco or Heading North on Castelnau towards HB overlaps with lights on Trinity Church Rd. @BCA4Barnes @CllrMillum

@ninjabean007 That was my initial thought and concern, I’ve had experience of dealing with a friends hypos in the past. But even if it transpired to be a blackout from alcohol induced dehydration - that can be serious and one shouldn’t walk on by. 😢

Today around lunch I went to view a property on the Fulham Road (Chelsea). As I walked up-to the agents waiting I noticed a male student c20-22yrs passed out unconscious at the bus stop adjacent. I asked agents if they had called 999, which neither had, nor anyone passing by 1/3

Im still reeling and flabbergasted by the actions of people today - that young adult was somebody’s son - is this really the world we live in - so callous and uncaring and just happy to walk on by? I’m horrified. Good luck to people ever in trouble in Chelsea! 💔3/3

or standing at the stop or the people in the nail salon gawking out the window. They had even seen him fall over but assumed he was drunk. (Quite likely but still - he was out cold, breathing laboured and foaming at the mouth) An Ambulance arrived within 12 minutes 👏🙏 2/3 ….
