Big news (subject to contract) - from this Summer. Richmond will be increasing the number of e-bikes available to residents from 1,100 to 1,500. Our new provider, Forest will offer full access to EVERY neighbouring area & user PRICES (more in due course) are very exciting!

Lots to deal with from tomorrow incl. road closures, diversions (including bus), make safe arrangements, comms & planning for road structural assessments & then repairs. Not to mention I’ve already requested a meeting to call @thameswater to account over this! Walking home now.

Flow stemmed. Some damage (incl sink hole and pavement damage outside Old Vicarage School), as well as Petersham Road. @thameswater believe between 1-60 residents lost water supply. Cadent do not think water got into their system, unlike last time.

Thankfully volume of water has been reduced by @thameswater, but we are meeting again at 2.15am to understand whether the water supply will impact thousands or hundreds of residents.

🚧 Burst water main – Hill St / Compass Hill area. Please avoid the area if possible and be aware public transport may be disrupted. Thames Water, London Fire Brigade and Council staff are on site working to resolve the issue. Thank you for your patience.

Still on site supporting emergency services and residents. Please stay away from the Compass Hill & Hill Road area, while we press @thameswater to address the leak and manage associated impacts.

On site with Cllr Paulina Vassileva at Hill Street/Compass Hill dur to Richmond flood from @thameswater leak, providing assiatance to the blue light response. Gold Command Officer of Council has been informed and work is underway to support.

Had Lib Dem Ward Councillors raise fact a serious water leak has broken out (again) in Richmond around Compass Hill. Have informed Council & @thameswater this eve. Beyond initial response, can assure you will be bringing TW in to talk about recurring nature of these leaks.

Absolutely convinced @HounslowLibDems can win #Isleworth - residents are fed up with councillors who do not live in the ward, only appear at election time & then reappear for occasional ward walks. If elected we would press for more frequent rubbish collection in hot spots!
