$CLBR $PEW not 100% positive on the cause for the drop. It's possible that sponsor can distribute shares to LPs and remove lock-up but I don't think that's what happened
FWIW i think 1) stock was driven up premarket to 22+ on low volume, there was a lot of hype and media attention premarket obviously 2) for me personally across 4 brokers i had 0 locates available which was very unusual. At about 9 AM Eastern, i was able to find locates at multiple brokers. Usually i can get locates by 5 AM on new SPACs at latest. I assume lack of shorting also contributed to the premarket spike 3) short trades were finally being made through open + classic sell the news + profit, remaining holders' greed turned into fud.. stock tumbles
Which brings us to where we are now. Not going to give my opinion on the stock price from here, can go any direction. Appears some selling is done for at least a litle while though. I'll be long during some time, short during some time, etc
