We mourn the loss of Senator Lindsey Graham. His life was defined by decades of service to our nation. He was a relentless champion of peace thru American strength. My last interaction with Lindsey was co-authoring an unpublished editorial urging Europeans to promptly end purchases of Russian gas. His impact on America will be remembered for generations.  My heart goes out to his family, friends, and loved ones grieving this profound loss. May he rest in peace.

I have loved science my whole life—and enjoyed the opportunity to share that with the next generation as @Freedom250’s Great American State Fair.  However, I can confirm I do not know Pi to the 25th digit.

Yesterday, I hosted 'Stump the Secretary' at @Freedom250's Great American State Fair.   Kids asked questions ranging from how fireworks are different colors to when we'll see nuclear reactors on the moon.   Absolutely loved the curiosity and creativity—the future is bright!

Matt Weilicki is an honest scientist who follows the data wherever it leads. That is what science is all about. He will lead our efforts to honestly present the empirical climate data to guide policy makers. Sadly, too much of the mainstream climate community has focused on a scary narrative that is inconsistent with actual climate data, leading so many astray like reporters at Politico. I welcome the new era where data, not rhetoric, is the arbiter of truth. Growing the government, increasing energy prices, and scaring children will no longer be the goal. Science will be the goal. So happy to have Matt in this role!

17 years ago, Democrat leaders started closing coal, nuclear and gas plants and instead bet on wind and solar. The result was higher prices and no meaningful growth in electricity production. Fortunately, the Working Families Tax Cut ended new wind and solar subsidies on July 4.

There is no better place in the world to be born than the United States of America. And thanks to @POTUS’ Trump Accounts, America’s newest generation will have the opportunity to begin building long-term financial security from day one. As we begin our next 250 years, we’re investing in the next generation and the enduring promise of the American Dream.

As we celebrate America’s 250th Independence Day, we’re reminded that our nation’s greatest strength has always been the spirit, ingenuity, and resilience of our people. One year after the Working Families Tax Cuts, we’re continuing to unleash American energy, strengthen our economy, create good-paying jobs, and advance our nation’s energy security. As we look to the next 250 years, we’re building on our legacy of innovation and freedom by ensuring the United States remains the world’s energy leader for generations to come.  May God bless you and may God bless the United States of America!

I'm thrilled to report that after 35 years, on July 4th, we will end the subsidies for new wind and solar projects, thanks President Trump’s Working Families Tax Cut.

As we approach peak electricity demand in the 13-state Mid-Atlantic region, at 7am this morning less than six percent of electricity generation was coming from renewables. Over 91 percent of generation is coming from gas, nuclear and coal—keeping our air conditioners blasting.

In America, you should be able to choose between a drying machine that takes multiple cycles to dry your clothes and one that does it on the first try — unfortunately, past administrations thought otherwise.

American Energy is on full display @ENERGY’s Great American State Fair exhibit!    Proud to bring historic artifacts from the Manhattan Project to modern-day innovations like @NNSANews’ Aires Tide to the public in honor of America’s 250th Anniversary.

President Trump’s Working Families Tax Cut Act is restoring law, common sense, reducing expenses and increasing American innovation in areas from federal land leasing to actualizing the American nuclear renaissance.   I am very excited about this trajectory.

Affordable, reliable, and secure energy makes peoples lives better—it's what energy is all about. Honored to join @RepGabeEvans in my home state of Colorado where we shared our common passion for bettering our state and country through expanding access to American energy.
