He was ordered to "step out of the vehicle" & he had to crawl out to comply w it bc he can't step anywhere. The order is nonsense & an ADA violation. He understood what the officer wanted & crawled out but he was well within his rights to remain in the vehicle and demand the officer's identification. The officer was unruly for denying his name & badge number while insisting on an order that violates a federal act.

ESCALATION WITH 2 HANDICAP PEOPLE No Eyes & No Legs…boy do they have attitude…. Was this handled correctly???? A broken plate light turns into a full episode of “Law & Order: Parking Lot Unit.” Two friends get pulled over… next thing you know, it’s “STEP OUT OF THE VEHICLE!” They’re like, “For a light bulb?? We thought this was a $5 fix, not a season finale!” That plate light had more drama than a reality TV reunion. Bro said “I have no legs, this is your fault”!!!
