Other famous proven cases include the Tuskegee Syphilis Study (U.S. Public Health Service researchers withholding treatment from hundreds of Black men with syphilis for decades, even after penicillin was available) and Operation Northwoods (a 1962 Pentagon proposal for false-flag attacks on Americans to justify invading Cuba, which was rejected but fully documented in declassified files).3 These show that real conspiracies—coordinated secret actions by powerful institutions—do occur, often revealed later through leaks, whistleblowers, or Freedom of Information Act releases. The key is evidence, not speculation. Most wild theories still lack that.
