The underlying claim by Clinton is absolutely true. He tried harder than almost anyone to move both sides to a peaceful agreement, but Arafat wasn't interested. The entire Arab world shook their head in disbelief when he walked away from the discussions.

I'm not sure tbh, it's pretty disappointing that @WIRED would publish something of such low quality, especially when there are so many strong claims made in the article that are entirely unsubstantiated, but maybe they have a slant that I'm just not aware of since I don't read too many articles from them.

What’s the process for reaching out to Wired to request a retraction? I’m familiar with their work, and I don’t think Lorenz’s article represents it well. My impression is that many people there would be willing to consider corrections if a strong case is made. There’s enough information available that, if I had written that article, I would have issued some sort of correction/clear explanation.

This is the issue that @TaylorLorenz doesn't realize she can never win on because she doesn't have basic information on taxes/business structures. She can never prove anyone is a sole contributor to the LLC because the LLC isn't a non-profit that has to report anything publicly lol
