A fantastic start to our first week of 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐅𝐅𝐈𝐓 💙 Supported by @prostatescot, @SPFLTrust and @GroupDig. This week we focused on the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle and explored what can influence our diet and exercise habits, from daily routines to motivation and environment. It was a great opportunity for everyone to share experiences and start thinking about small, positive changes. Participants also completed their sit-to-stand test to give us a starting point for tracking progress over the programme 💪 We then finished off the session with a group walk, getting some steps in and enjoying a chat along the way. A brilliant first week – well done to everyone involved! 👏

What an effort again from the supporters. 400+ selection boxes donated for the @KillieCommunity Mission Xmas Appeal as well as loads of bags of food, all going to local families. Amazing stuff. 👏👏💙💙

Thank you to all who took part, to @ray_montgomerie and club historian John Livingston for donating so many special items, and to our Chair, @cathyjamieson, for leading on the auction. Hundreds of pieces of Killie history found new homes, and every penny will go towards Football Memories: our programme designed to support people living with dementia, memory loss, and those experiencing loneliness or social isolation. Emmanuel has kicked-off his 8-week programme with Elderbank Primary School in Broomlands, @North_Ayrshire, supported by @StagecoachWScot. Thanks to support from Stagecoach, our Community Football Officer is delivering hundreds of hours of programmes right across Ayrshire, from fun, free sport, to education and youth diversionary initiatives.
