Starting in January, we are beginning our next programme of @ProstateScot Football Fans in Training. This is our 4th programme to date, signifying the most support to men living with prostate cancer offered in Scottish football. spfltrust.org.uk/prostateffit/ PFFIT, funded by @SPFLTrust, is designed to help men living with prostate cancer to live a happier and healthier life. This programme offers fun fitness opportunities at Rugby Park, as well as range of educational inputs that help them gain more knowledge to manage their wellbeing, and to live well.
