Halfway through chemotherapy! No walk in the park but manageable so far with 3 of 6 cycles done. After the 4th cycle we will do a chest CT to see how lung metastases respond, then decide how to proceed with the last 2 cycles.

A research team led by @ColumbiaBME @thehunglab and @NadeenChahine has been awarded nearly a $39 million contract from the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (@ARPA_H) to build living knee replacements from biomaterials and human stem cells, including a patient’s own cells. In collaboration with @ColumbiaMed, the award will support more than two decades of collaborative musculoskeletal research at Columbia, providing a transformative solution for millions of people in the U.S. suffering from osteoarthritis. 📣Congratulations!
