@HSBC_UK I finally got the person I was speaking with to raise a complaint. I understand the need for security but I don’t appreciate the app thinking I need to reset up my digital key (Face ID) for no reason. Is it possible that someone has accessed my account and changed my settings?!

@HSBC_UK My app has logged me out and now I’m locked out of everything as when I tried to reset I failed security on an account I set up the security for literally years ago I’m now being told I can’t raise a complaint…

Nothing is more annoying than being overcharged £5 on an item that has been mislabelled and then being asked to return to the store to get a refund, especially when it’s not local as you’d popped in on another errand 🤦🏻‍♀️ @sainsburys
