@Delta I will have to file a complaint with the Federal dept of transportation for NOT being heard or acknowledged for my December disastrous airline experience because Delta is deleting my messages and not wanting to help. I was given $100 voucher for a $1000 additional expense.

@Delta 2 agents - 1 supervisor and 1 at the airport made mistakes which cost me an additional $1K of unexpected expenses and missed vacation days. Delta's resolution was to give me 2 $50 vouchers and tell me that's it - will not respond or look into matter going forward!!!

@Delta Delta Airlines for the mistreatment and lack of appropriate resolution about my recent travel experience is unacceptable. Brad Taylor, Customer Care Supervisor says they will no longer look into the matter and will ignore my messages. #deltadoesntcareaboutcustomers

@kwes_Adjei @Royal_Ryder Oh ok. It looks like it's the banks payment system that charges that not Hillburi. When I visit I always pay market rate. Call hotel directly and make reservation with them.
