What a week

"Mr. President, happy early birthday. For your birthday, will you talk to us, sir? As a gift to the press, will you please talk to us? Mr. President. President Biden. Please, we haven't heard from you all trip. Mr. President!!!!"

Bernie is right that the Democratic party left the working class, and so the working class left them. But it's really going to take more than a promise of an expanded social safety net to win it back. People want to see a solution that feels as big as the stagnation they currently feel - the kind of solution that will touch every neighborhood and every community. Everyone you know getting a high wage job, neighborhoods being built out at breakneck speeds, downtowns booming. If you talk to people who have lived in countries when they were going through moments of huge growth - people who lived in the post-war US period, or in China in the 80s - they understand what this feels like. But people feel our society is stuck right now and cannot do it, and they feel we need a big shake up to create it. Trump has the vibes of that kind of solution. But unfortunately, he's a con man.

JD Vance: "The trash's name is Kamala Harris."

Fox News Jesse Watters is blaming women for voting.

Trump’s Black outreach has failed. His Black support has plunged. Elon Musk is in trouble for leaving Black Trump canvassers stranded in the streets. And new data shows Trump’s “Black jobs” rhetoric has backfired as Black voters do not view immigration as a top issue.
