They want you to believe this so they can privatize the postal service. Companies complain, service goes down into tricking people into actually wanting privatization bc they’re led to think that will make service go up. The only thing going up are the fees!

Poverty is expensive in a way that people don’t understand. If you can’t afford a dentist you have long term teeth damage. Not affording healthy food means poor health. Not affording ‘good schools’ means missed opportunities. It is a compounding cycle.

I really wish more Americans were aware that the USPS is the only service - the ONLY one - that can reach every home in the country. All other services rely on them for "last mile" deliveries that these other (more expensive!) services refuse (or can't) deliver to!
