On Saturday 21 January, we lost one of our own. Gab Williams was a brilliant author, fabulous bookseller, a fierce advocate for literacy and the arts, and dearly-loved friend. We'll miss her vibrant presence.

@Qantas @HaseefAmJaD Two kids booked for family Christmas in Europe with me. Discovered one cancelled at check in. No notice. Only ‘solution’ QF found was a BClass return ticket. Kid sat alone. QF could not even get that right. Arrived Dubai to find kid on a later outbound flight. @Qantas @NeverAgain
