Apparently its changed to 10 stacks not 12 on PBE, better since what i thought they would nerf it to at 7 or 8% omnivamp straight up, so it would take 6 or 7 stacks which is what gluttonous currently takes to stack to 10. after that it is stronger than what i would have thought they would change it to

@drewlevin In fact the account may have been sold or he is intentionally running it down. He went from smurfing playing jg to randomly playing different champs/roles and running it down every game

Hey @drewlevin can we get this Jax banned? He literally abandoned top lane and started farming jungle camps then ran around base to avoid afk detection. He ended the game the lowest level with only 6 more CS than the enemy support and he didn't get banned?
