My heart breaks for Rondale Moore. Feeling at your lowest mentally can be one of the most agonizing, hopeless, and lonely feelings. So damn lonely. And sometimes, you isolate just because you don’t want to feel like you’re burdening others with your pain..
It can be the hardest and most indescribable feeling in the world. And when you’ve experienced it, it’s impossible to not have empathy and to want to help others going through it as well.
It’s real, and when people say it’s hard… they mean it.
You may be feeling good, but someone else in the same room may be feeling at rock bottom, in a world so strikingly different than yours. Feeling NONE of what you’re feeling. And it’s hard for them to communicate that. When you’re so far down, it’s hard to feel like others can relate to what you’re feeling. That’s part of what makes it so lonely.
And if people view you as strong, or happy, or joyful… it can be tough to tell those people or show those people “hey, I’m feeling like none of those things you associate me with.”. It can feel like you’re letting others down.
And it can feel hopeless. It can feel like you’re going through a tunnel in which you have no idea if there’s a light at the end, or if it’s a dead end. And that’s scary.
It’s a scary feeling. It’s one of the toughest feelings. Never take mental health/depression lightly. You taking the time to listen or check in with someone can potentially change/alter their life in ways you’d never know.
So always take those moments to check in, to listen… or be kind to others everyday. Always err on the side of kindness. You’ll never know how much it could mean to someone.

Best morning routine to start the day energized
1. Water- 16oz on empty stomach.
2. Electrolytes- pinch of salt.
3. Sunlight- 5-10 min of direct exposure.
4. Movement- 5-10 min stretching.
5. Protein- 25-30g for breakfast.
6. Cold shower- 30s rinse at end of shower.
7. Deep breathing- 10 slow nasal breaths.
