Miquel, what are you talking about? The FAI have known about Vales eligibility for years. Mark O’Toole had been in contact with his family for a long time. They have a database with every eligible player which Vale has been on for years. Hugely disrespectful thing to say when O’Toole and Frank Devine do outstanding work that largely goes unrecognised.
