The quiet individuals hardly talk but they’re very calculative, intelligent, disciplined and highly aware about the psychology of humans. They never let any inch of behavioral cue slip without taking cognizance. For calibration of your power in the social hierarchy space, learn to talk less and observe more. Above all, be capable of ruthlessness but keep it under control.
