In the spirit of oversharing🙈🙈🙈 We were already trying and my menstruation had stopped for like 4 months. We went to his brother’s house for the weekend and that day I noticed thick mucus. I was like… “wait, is this not ovulation?” I asked my SIL if she had ovulation strips and she said yes. I tested and the line was THICK. I just marched to where my husband was and said “let’s go.” He said, “go where?” I said, “I’m ovulating.” This man said, “can’t it wait till we get home tomorrow?” I said absolutely not…. I’m not taking any chances. I literally started chasing him around the house until he agreed. Positive pregnancy test 3 weeks later 😭

Small yansh dey shake 😂 While nursing is a job that earns you a respectable income, it’s not the big flex they make it seem. It’s overhyped af. Apart from being grossly underpaid for the stress, they are not high income earners by any measure, unrealistic work-life balance, long 12-hr shifts, and work environment in a hospital full of sick people with constant risk of catching disease or infection yourself. Respect to the nurses grinding tho. My advice is if you want to be a nurse do it for the passion and start from a very young age. So by the time you are 30, you already have at least 10 years experience and can pivot into non clinical managerial roles or other higher paying less stressful jobs that intersect with healthcare.
