good morning everyone Firstly I want to wish you all a merry christmas and new year i want to give a proper update on where i’m heading into 2026 and how the things we’ve been building now fit together, because there’s a lot of shit going on here and i don’t want this to be misunderstood over the last few years bozo has been the place where we experimented, broke things, fixed them, and proved certain ideas actually work really well some of that tech is now too serious to live under a meme one of those pieces is the decentralised otc desk this is a peer to peer otc execution layer for moving real size no slippage, no order books if you’ve ever tried to move size on a dex you already know the problem cex otc desks solve that but introduce custody and relationship risk most escrow setups still rely on trusted third parties dotc works differently - completely trustless (and cheaper) two parties agree off chain on terms assets are locked into an on chain escrow contract settlement happens atomically or via agreed conditions it also supports partial fills this is infrastructure for serious capital, and it doesn’t benefit from being wrapped in memes Another core product is NFTxTOKEN this is where bozo actually made sense nfts that aren’t just art, but containers that hold real tokens, most of you already know how these work you mint an nft, tokens are locked inside it, the nft becomes the wrapper There is also a Locked TVL component with the launchpad redeeming burns the nft and releases the tokens this enabled deflationary nft collections for the first time ever transparent on chain backing real floors defined by what the nft holds not including the scarcity premium Founders in memecoin communities who do this can get paid royalties on NFT sales - its an obvious step to surviving this is bozo’s strongest product and memecoins strongest product moving forward What I want to add with the NFTxTOKEN launchpad, bozo holders have real benefits around fees when it comes to creators launching under the bozo token the creator decides where platform fees go, either straight to the creator, split into the bozo lp, or used to buy and burn the token bozo will be the only coin that can use this structure and bozo will be the only coin that can retain platform fees from the dotc desk the next evolution of that is the token launch model using genesis nfts only a very small portion of supply is wrapped, maybe around one percent, although this will be subject to change as the optimal ratios become obvious, basically i'm giving you these numbers so you can directly imagine how it works a limited set of genesis nfts represent that supply, they do not launch at the same time as the token. the token goes live first amd then the genesis nfts shortly after giving everyone a clean, public race to mint them this keeps most supply liquid and introduces scarcity at the nft layer straight up. Basically you can launch with a very small amount of genesis NFT's that represent the coin and community. This is compeltely novel for memecoins this fits perfectly, memes want art and PFP's, holders want options and novelty, creators want fees without dumping supply and hurting the price. when you put this all together NFTxTOKEN handles token backed collectibles, NFTx with genesis NFT's create a clean launch path, dotc allows large holders to move size either privately or publicly on our platform with any SPL token. it forms a full platform $bozo stays focused on art, collectibles, and token backed nfts the otc desk and the launchpads live under a new neutral brand no new token this is the vision for me moving forward from here hope this finds you all well!
